Electroless Nickel Plating

Electroless Nickel plating is a method in which parts are plated not through the running of an electrical current through a part, but instead by a chemical reaction. We can plate up to a thickness of 50um. Please note that parts with rough, badly machined surfaces will not plate properly and are unsuitable for electroless nickel plating- as every mark will show up after plating has ceased.

This process is popular for the plating of valves, electronic components and parts for the marine and aerospace industries. Our electroless nickel plating process is ROHS compliant.
