Zinc Plating With Passivate

We offer five passivates for zinc platings.

Standard: The majority of applications use this standard passivate which leaves an iridescent/rainbow finish.

Clear:The clear passivate is used mainly as a decorative finish and has a clear/blue sheen to it.

Black:The black passivate is used mainly as a decorative finish.

Olive:Olive is typically used by MOD contractors.

ROSHH Compliant:This ROSHH compliant passivate replaces hexavalent chrome with trivalent chromium and meets a wide range of industry standard test requirements. This Tripass system is also extremely resistant to thermal shock.
