plating service which meets automotive, WEEE and ROSHH directive
standards.
Overview: Electroless
Nickel offers an extremely hardwearing finish with excellent
throw properties. 100% coverage can be achieved within bores
and blind holes. Electroless Nickel can also be heat treated.
Tanks: We
offer tank sizes up to 2' x 2' x 2.5'.
Deposit: We
can deposit a plating thickness of up to 50µm.
Masking: We
offer a masking service using a specialist plastic paint, ideal
for selective surface build up of damaged surfaces as well
as components that require void filling prior to grinding.
